Refunds and Exchanges

Hopefully you have received your underwear and love it as much as we do. EDWARD understands that unlikely situations can sometimes cause underwear to be damaged or incorrect. If this is the case, we apologize and would be happy to exchange the item or offer you a refund.
Our returns are accepted up to 7 days from receipt of delivery. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your purchase, please provide us with your order number and a brief description of your issue via our contact page. Every EDWARD item is fully checked before dispatch to ensure the best quality. Returned items must be returned in the original condition they were sent. We will not accept incomplete returns, including washed and torn items.
In the case of a full refund being offered, it'll be returned to you seven days after approval. Please allow up to 14 days for funds to appear back in your account.
Due to hygiene, health and safety reasons, EDWARD products can not be returned or refunded if they have been worn. Our 7 Day return Policy allows us to correct any manufacturing issues of your order.
